I started this blog to give ideas about health and nutrition as well as fitness and beauty. i noticed a huge difference in the way my body felt as soon as i started eating healthier and organic and working out regularly. I use to be 220 lbs my whole life growing up but decided to make the change to get healthy when i came to colorado from new york for college. i soon shredded 7Olb and started feeling generally healthy. it is. it is not about the number of pounds lost but how i feel healthy generally. the foods you put in your body makes a huge difference.
